Whitney Barrett
Opposed to her idea of reviving the Neon Knights rebel group, she's content with just helping out with small scale things and gets frustrated with her lofty ambition of destroying the entire Royal Guard. However, she respects her drive and agrees with her end goal enough to work towards it as well. Simultaneously her best friend and most annoying co-worker. She can't entirely ignore Whitney's complaints about her own lack of direction.
Jean Palmer
Rio's oldest friend, even more aggressive than she is. Extremely a delinquent, was arrested for attempting to unionize and gave up on it. After being released by Rio, they're doing it again.
Francine Lake
One of Rio's few sociable co-workers. She's given up on everything so she basically ignores Rio's somewhat scary aura. Recently she figured she may as well fight if she's just going to be worked to death anyway.
Mickey Emerson
A complete sap who can't do anything. He helps out the union where he can.

ENEMIES

Carl Thomas
An old friend who sold out the whole group to become the Executive in charge. Awful boss.
Sable
An inspiring idol, being the only one available. A lot of Rio's identity is wrapped up in Sable, so it's hard to hate her.
Azure
A frustrating person, evidently manipulated into propagating the suffering the status quo causes but too caught up in her own fears and pain to recognize the position she's in. It might be possible to win her over, but there's just so much to untangle.
Silver
Someone she can see is really hurting, emblematic of the people she wants to help. Respects his conviction a lot and wants to live up to his expectations. Tries to be friendly even if it doesn't always land.

Story

A factory worker who discovered the Heart of Diamond, a necklace that gives her the memories of a happier version of herself in a parallel world. Using it, she can summon her armor from the other world and fight to make her nightmarish world more like that dream.

Hi, this union thing sounds cool and all and I'd love to join but the boss has my contract hostage and if I step out of line like that I'll lose my house and the kids will have nowhere to go. He's trying to cut my pay and hours to squeeze me out of the job and I don't know what to do. Do you have any advice?
